It is really a tough to job to answer this question as I personally could not find many drawbacks in this tool. One or two are the other case which is usually present in every tool. I just wish that they can make this software cheaper as some other companies offer same features at less price, but then those cannot avail the services of the same level and user satisfaction as Imprezzio. Another minor issue is that sometimes it takes much more time to finish a session than the regular time taken usually. Just hope that it is also fixed.

I can confidently suggest it to anyone irrespective of the size of the company as it fits the needs of all. Only the large companies with very vast business can feel it as not appropriate for them.
