For our complex organization, nothing! It was the least expensive of those who submitted a proposal but you get what you pay for.

We should have waited a few years until they worked out all the bugs and developed a more robust and stable product. We are essentially paying our membership staff to beta test this brand new product.

It sorely lacks the features and functions that we had in our old AMS. Now many tasks that were automatic must be done manually. Several functions that we need are just not available (yet). It does a poor job of pulling lists because our data is complex and their out-of-box query builder is not robust enough to be able to design queries easily. The UX is very confusing for both staff and members. Our data is split between servers and the system is slow and has frequent errors.
