What was the best part about using IKO System?

Iko System is a lead generation platform which utilizes business intelligence to gather you the most relevant useful contacts and create the best opportunities for you. The business intelligence they offer allows you to monitor leads which are most relevant with the greatest chances of a creating a real opportunity to connect. In the interest of transparency I've accessed their trial version because I was curious to learn more as I'm doing research into their market currently and have a lot of experience with B2B lead generation with around sixty or so clients of my own. At first I was underwhelmed with the software as it seems simple for something that is many thousands of dollars per year. But once I setup my lead feed I noticed that the quality of my prospects is very high. You have the opportunity to contact C Level personnel using Iko System which immediately places it near the top of the list in their industry along side Pardot and Data.com in terms of overall value of your leads. You can reach out to folks in many other different departments as well. The software itself is very easy to use and learn. Your dashboard is super simple to get going quickly. In fact it couldn't be setup any simpler so that's always good. This tools helps you a lot to create accurate profiles of your leads. I believe this is under utilized because the more accurate and up to date your information is the quicker you can facilitate trust with prospects in your sales pipeline. Anything that helps you to break the ice or offer congratulations or feedback about them or their company is instantly a great way to connect. I like that you can search and identify prospects with useful queries such as parters, competitor contact, keywords, geographic location and business sector. I was able to find the top leads we are targeting for a company with over ten thousand employees in a few clicks all with emails ready to go. As a start up with a great product and sales momentum we are still limited by the quality and quantity of connections we can make. Iko System makes it possible to have both top end quality leads which are virtually unlimited. Their database is also international which I can appreciate.

What would you change about your experience with IKO System?

I dislike the price though I'm just testing the platform during my research but I understand it starts at 12,000 UK pounds per year for their basic package and the upgrade is by custom quote only and contains multiple users, and email built into your account essentially, though it's easy to justify the cost with the quality of lead you can generate so easily. If you breakdown their basic plan it works out to be about one thousand pounds per month, per user which is costly but not compared to the leverage you have by sharing this data with your sales team. When the return on your investment is going to be ten, hundred or one thousand times larger than what you're paying for Iko System. I should mention that it's easier to justify the price of Iko System if all of the contact data is current. No single database could ever be one hundred percent accurate because of the ever changing nature of the work force, so it has to less than one hundred percent and I'm curious about the amount of email bounce back you get per one hundred on average, for example. I don't see an iPhone app available in their app store so it's available online or smartphone but doesn't have a native iOS app yet.

Overall Feedback

If you're in sales for a big business Iko System will be a dream come true for you to utilize. It's an incredibly valuable database with targeted C Level leads along with leads available in several categories including all of the relevant contact information you could ever want. This is a huge time saver while it integrates with several top platforms as well including HubSpot, Marketo, Oracle and SalesForce which is outstanding though I'm sure for the right price you could integrate any system your currently using into Iko System and I understand they have a product road map with more CRM integrations planned.
