Good for list management, frustrating for e-mail

What was the best part about using iDONATEpro?

It's great having one database with all contacts from different lists put into one. Makes it easy to print out call sheets and direct mail lists.

What would you change about your experience with iDONATEpro?

The e-mail feature is the most frustrating part. One of the selling features for me was that it would replace the need for Constant Contact or other similar services, and iDonatepro would be an all in one. I have had an issue with almost every e-mail I have had to send out and it is very frustrating if you are in a position where an e-mail has to be out in a hurry. My e-mail "list" never syncs up to my e-mail and I almost always need to call tech support to correct this. I often have to wait one to two days to send out an e-mail.

Overall Feedback

If you are ever in the position of needing to send out e-mails urgently or right away, then this will cause some frustration. If e-mail is not a major requirement for you then this is a good database management program.
