What was the best part about using Identillect Delivery Trust?

Easy to use. Just like email. eSign easy to work, at first. But, then falls flat.

What would you change about your experience with Identillect Delivery Trust?

I would go back in time and never use their service. They promise the moon but deliver gravel.

Overall Feedback

It seems that whenever I really need it to work (not very often) it just won't perform. Clients say that they never received the document. Or it takes 30 minutes to an hour to get to the Client if it ever does. I need a service that can deliver my secure email or eSign document while I'm still on the phone. Then, when I call support they are never available. Leave a message. Then if they call back they say that their system is working fine. If it was working fine it would work all the time. Not just from time to time. I asked for a refund of my remainder of time and they refused. I'm stuck for months with a sub-par product and customer service. Extremely poor product.
