Identillect Delivery Trust

Being able to send secure emails with the hassles of the recipient being required to set up a user ID. Also, the e-signature was a great enhancement. I work with a lot of clients outside of the area of my office and they can now easily sign documents without having to worry about scanning and emailing them back to me or faxing.

I'm not quite sure how some clients are having issues, but some clients have said that it is hard to add attachments when they reply to a secure email that I have sent them. Some clients have said that they are not able to find the e-signature link. Again, not everyone is saying this; therefore, I'm not sure if there is really a problem. It is just client comments.

I am really happy with the service of Identillect Deliver Trust. It has made my job much easier.
