What was the best part about using Identillect Delivery Trust?

Cost and ease of use. No reason not to use an encrypted HIPAA compliant email given their price level. Also great support. If you have a problem the response and resolution is very quick. They definitely back their product.

What would you change about your experience with Identillect Delivery Trust?

I had a problem viewing the demo video on my iPad. It was a clarity issue. Looked blurry when opened up. Of course I didn't really need the video due to the personalized live demo I was provided prior to buying. Like I said customer support is top of the mark 10 of 10!

Overall Feedback

I would definitely recommend their email encryption product. Pricing, ease of use, and support are the best. Support sticks with you to ensure you understand use of the product. As affordable as their product is, I can't see risking a HIPAA violation by not using it. It's insurance for those of us in the insurance industry. If you sell remotely or are thinking about it you need this.
