Identillect Delivery Trust

Good software for the most part, at a reasonable price.

Customer service person was pleasant but ultimately could not help me use the software after a Microsoft update. She said the programmers were working on my problem but I never heard back from them. She did not follow up with me, I had to email her and each time it was the same message: "the programmers were working on it..." never a resolution and as a result I cannot use the software at all. Also, I kept getting automated messages to try the same solutions that did not work.

Very disappointed with the company, not the customer service rep. who seemed out of her league. The rep seems to care but that's where things ended. I will not renew with Delivery Trust after being a mostly happy customer for 5 plus years.
