The email tracking function is of great use, to know who opened your email, who forwarded it, or who just deleted it without reading is a huge benefit. Another option I like is the ability to resend previous emails without having to write a completely new one when you are pressed for time. Contact lists are easily manageable in iContact.

I greatly enjoy using iContact and I can't find many drawbacks with the product. However some of the features I often use are not very visible on the user interface and I have to remind myself each time where to look for them. Apart from that, I can't say there is anything else I dislike.

iContact is suitable for organization of every size providing several plans to choose from in order to meet every need possible. It provides the ability to create HTML messages which you have to code yourself, or use Message builder to create a message the way you feel is right. Using iContact you are able to seamlessly manage huge amounts of contacts, sorting them into Segments, and create tailored emails for specific groups. The scheduling ability is also a benefit as well as customizing of emails. The ability to reuse old messages is a great time-saver. The support team is very efficient and it's very easy to instantly contact them via chat and get all the necessary answers.
