iCIMS Talent Platform is a very easy to use, simple and efficient HR program. This program is very helpful in activities like staffing, recruiting, workforce management, talent management, applicant management and video interviewing. It also has a very useful Social Connect Portal and Mobile interface. It has the amazing application tracking from a recruiter's perspective. It also provides you with a very informative video tutorial which is very helpful in learning the software and you can make the most out of it with its help. This software can be accessed from anywhere as it is cloud based. They are always multiple ways to enhance and upgrade the tool and because of that new features are available with time to time. The customer service support is excellent and solves all your queries and problems regarding the software.

Though iCIMS is an excellent software but it also comes with some minor drawbacks, but those don't affect its workability. It can be difficult for new users to understand the software as it's a technical software. It also some features that are very difficult for non-professionals to cope up with them. It requires training to learn them. But once you are trained in it, you can make the most out of it. It's money efficient but it depends upon the number of people employed. For small scale companies, this software may not be the apt one, as the number of people employed would be less and thus, it will increase the operating costs. Customer service is excellent but slow. They also don't provide a free trail which should be rather available so that new users can first try and then purchase it.

Overall iCIMS Talent Platform is an excellent software for the large scale companies. It is affordable, highly efficient, useful and helpful software for large scale companies for recruiting and hiring purposes. You will take the time to learn it but once you do, you will be glad to have this as your Recruitment program. I will not recommend this for small scale companies.
