I think iCIMS Talent Platform can improve a lot in setting up of the reports and uniquely distinguishing from other categories.Also it would help if the JobTarget did a better effort in identifying the right candidates. Currently, the work with the API carries an integration amount and I personally feel if it were changed to a more visible and public domain API with negligible cost then they would really be one of the market leaders.
