What was the best part about dealing with Icicle Technologies?

You've provided steady, reliable service and I feel that the quality and speed have only improved as you have become more familiar with our platform. If there has been any "ah-hah" moment I would say it's that I've been pleasantly surprised by the high level of communication and the ease of working with you. It really does not seem like you're so far away at all!

What would you change about your experience with Icicle Technologies?

We are still working for more than 1.5 years and so far we did not have any bad experience as such.
