We are a team of 60+, so at any point of time we have upto 8 - 10 projects running together. We typical deploy a captive development team so that a team of dedicated developers work only on one product at any point of time. Each project is on different stage in the product development lifecycle so it easy for us to manage them. We do not engage into assignment unless we have a dedicated team to work on it. So each project has equal focus & priorities across the board. We believe in long-term relationship with our clients hence the longest running relation is 8 years and average age of our relationship is 2-3 years.
