This is a search engine optimization software which I had interest in for our campaign recently while doing fairly intensive research into similar tools in the market. I like that you do not need to enter an email address in order to use the demo version. This was rare. Not that I mind doing so as you can opt out just as easily but it's refreshing to just download it and get going right away. While they do ask for it as you're just starting to use the demo software it does ask for it but it is optional so this is appreciated as well. I like that you can run separate modules concurrently although I didn't realize it initially.

Google.ca in English was not available in when I selected Canada in the Link Building module which to be honest seemed illogical in my opinion. The French version of Google.ca was available which is great but not our target market either. Yahoo Canada was available as well. But not Bing Canada nor Google.ca in English. This immediately ruled out this software for our purposes. When I entered two competitor URL's separately into the requested field one worked and the other stated there was an error of some sort and it could not be accessed. However I had checked them both to be sure they were both live sites so this had me question the reliability of the software. However minor an issue, the optimization module could make better use of the space available as it didn't use about three eighths of the screen which was left blank.

There is certainly a ton of data available using this software. And it's always a huge time saver to be able to know so much valuable data in a central location. However there were reliability issues in the demo as stated above. And the fact that Google.ca is not available to do competitor research makes no sense to me. It's our target market and it's perhaps thirty million people while there are nearly one hundred other search engines available and many of which are Google as well. I like that it's a one time purchase though as opposed to a recurring cost but however great this software once it no longer is the best in my opinion compared to some of their competition which I've tried recently.
