Hyphen gives a voice to the silent majority in companies. We are our customers' "internal Glassdoor" where they can identify and solve issues in real time, and engage and retain valuable employees at the same time.


We are the only employee listening and engagement platform that's employee-driven, mobile, real-time, truly anonymous. Among other things, we are replacing the employee survey which is a very broken and ineffective process, and instead we provide a real-time pulse on the workforce that can drive better, timelier decisions that'll increase productivity and retention.


We built a mobile app where coworkers - from the new intern to the CEO - can express themselves openly through anonymous questions & answers. That way they speak truth to power without fear of judgement, and are much more engaged at work (up to 70% of employees are not engaged at work, which means they are less productive and at risk of quitting).


We built a web app that surfaces insights to execs and HR - we have algorithms that highlights the hot topics in the organization and helps our subscribers to address these topics with deep dive analysis and recommendation.
