HYDRA is currently run in over 40 different countries with at least a dozen different languages. So: Yes, the software works not only bilingual, you can even make it trilingual ;-). The language support is by open language tables, so you can also tailor the language settings yourself if you want. last, but not least, the clients have the possibility to switch language on the fly, i.e. by pressing a button you switch to the other language.
