What was the best part about using HubSpot CRM?

Wihtout lof of hassle you would start using Hubspot CRM. It is remarkably easy to use and impelement into your business' workflow. This product is new into the market of CRMs. It is very promising and is already featuring good capabilities. You can have a call with one simple click and you can have it everywhere even on your phone and you can also record the call. Hubspot CRM interface is excellent and easy to use. You can easily create your own data fields. It is quite fast software. It automatically brings up company information based on the email domain.

What would you change about your experience with HubSpot CRM?

It doesn't offer the ability to send a pre-made followup email. Hubspot CRM is still in its early stages and it has lot of room of improvement. You can't control who had access to contact and records. It isn't so helpful when your business has multiple salespeople. It can be messy. It lacked reporting capabilities and it was somehow fixed. Grouping isn't necessarily intuitive. Messaging isn't very robust. Doesn't have a lot of integration with other products.

Overall Feedback

Most business man seeks ways to increase efficiencies and improve sales. Despite all limitations that exists Hubspot CRM the new comers to the scene has stand out features like calling capability which requires premium version. It can be integrated to the HubSpot Marketing platform. After all, reporting and administrative controls and customization has to be improved in the feature.
