I would say that this software is really revolutionizing the way we handle business nowadays. Small businesses like mine can really leverage using this software. I mean I don't have to pay separate individuals to do those tasks for me. Through this software Hubspot CRM I am able to manage my emails, contacts, future tasks and promotions in just one platform. The platforms offers the a very great interactive users interface. That means even if you are just new using the software, it won't take long and you'll get used to it. Before using this software, I am often so disoriented on what tasks I should do for a particular day because of the fact that I need manually do everything separately from checking emails to organizing my promotion and advertising plans. But now, the software offers alot to answer this kind of problem. Through this I can also just hire one person to do everything for me!

However, the software is not yet perfect, there are still some bugs that they need to fix. But we don't need to worry about this Hubspot team is always doing their best to update the software and make everything functional. The room to improve this software to the fullest is so Big.
