What was the best part about using HubSpot CRM?

The Hubspot CRM is nice tool to manage customers. May be the biggest it's advantage is that it is absolutely free so it should be compared with other free similar platforms. If you have Hubspot account yet this is pleasant bonus if you want to collect all your contacts and marketing automation in one place - no need to integrate with any other services and spend more money on web developers. You can just upload all your contacts in 5 minutes from a csv file and start to filter and work with your leads immediately. CRM has nice task tracker and convenient deal tracker to arrange the list of contacts by priority and deal stage. It is also can be used with the Sidekick software - service to see the mail open/click activity. The CRM is easy to use to manage the leads you have.

What would you change about your experience with HubSpot CRM?

In spite of Hubspot CRM can be used totally separately and is offered as separate product, there are some points that I need to mention about it's disadvantages. If you ever used Hubspot marketing platform, you will feel the lack of functionality to manage the contacts and processing the leads. There is no any logic with the lists that is commonly used in Hubspot marketing platform. Sidekick software that goes with the CRM products is shorten version of the Hubspot marketing email service tracking. It is also free software that can be installed in your browser, but for team work it does not used. When you know the abilities of the marketing platform you will demand more data and to use the email analytics info by all your team. There are some rare fails and cases of slow work of the system. May be there are some features that are in other CRM services and that are not used here.

Overall Feedback

The Hubspot CRM is free, easy to use and convenient for small business. It is also great for those, who has paid account at Hubspot marketing platform. Existing clients of Hubspot who look for online free CRM to manage leads. The Hubspot CRM is a perfect sample of the inbound marketing and nurturing clients from the free user to the customer for the marketing automation. If you need just CRM for free - it is a good choice. And if you look for CRM with marketing automation and deep analytics of your blog audience and landings (this stuff can be hosted in Hubspot marketing) - this is one of the best products in the international market. But it cost rather a lot and not every business will be able to pay for this configuration.
