Hubbli

The best part about using Hubbl are all of the features that Hubbli offers and having the option to download/export all of the data collected from their forms feature including online payment data. For example, the newsletter feature has allowed our school to create a simple and easy to read, weekly update overview for upcoming news items, after-school classes, and events. The use of links directly from this weekly update has been very helpful for parents to register for events and after-school classes which have the option to pay online all in one step. In addition, we have all of these registration forms set up to notify the appropriate team members using the automatic forms notification feature.

There is nothing I would change about my experience with Hubbli. However, just like any partnership you decide to enter into, you need to fully understand what it is that you want. In other words, I believe especially for a school administration software tool that provides as many features as Hubbli, due diligence on the school end of the partnership is very important. The decision to use Hubbli is not only a school administration software decision, it is also a substantial business decision both in cost/expense but also in return on investment. It is important to understand how a tool like Hubbli not only saves you time and helps you service your current parents but also how a tool like Hubbli can help you attract new parents. School administration must understand how to measure this to benefit from this aspect that the Hubbli team offers. Good schools focus on education with educators, however, great schools not only focus on education with educators but also have an administration that focus on the business aspect of schools with business minded team members.

Hubbli is a great school administration software program and quite possibly the best one available. I say this because I have yet to see anything else that is comparable both in feature scope and cost. Our school has definitely experienced its growing pains with Hubbli but we've done so as a partnership. I would imagine that all successful partnerships understand this. Not only have we learned a lot from Hubbli but Hubbli has also learned a lot from us. Together, we've continued to improve our parent communication hub experience, one step at a time.
