What was the best part about using HRsoft Compensation Planning?

HRSOFT Compensation Planning has a fabulous technical support team who are always available to have a word with you with whatever information the user is looking forward for and they not only provide you with answer for your questions but also provide you with suggestions to take your optimal decisions.

What would you change about your experience with HRsoft Compensation Planning?

The tool has a few glitches though it seems to be rectified as soon as possible it seems to be a concern when the deadline is approaching and the browser adaptability is also an issue. The tool works great with the Internet Explorer but it seems to be having issues with the other browsers.

HR Soft Compensation Planning is real time software that allows the users to work online and it also provides them with the option to calculate the compensation information making the sure the information or the result generated is accurate and does not need a double check to be done on the result.
