HROffice works very well and there are seriously no major drawbacks according to me in this software. Though there are a few minor problems and issues in the software, but that does not affect its workability. Sometimes, the software lags and becomes slow but still it's not that slow that your work is affected. I had trouble while setting up of the software, but it was all well afterwards. It's a good software for small-scale industries, but not a good option for large scale ones. The only thing that troubles in the future is poor customer support service as compared to other options available in the market.

The efficiency of your staff and personnel will also be increased by this. I will highly recommend it if you have a small scale industry. But I can't comment much for large scale industries.
