The best part f using HROffice is the ability to automate and track the recruiting and hiring process. It also helps in evaluating the employee performance. I especially liked the automation report features facility. Through effective tracking and reporting, teh compliance standards are maintained. The customer service is the best in the industry with great skills in educating about the product features and problem solving ability.

HROffice features can develop better interface between modules by having good reporting and separate log-ins features and they can also work on the privilege granting and revoking to the users. The admin of the HROffice is very tedious and and difficult to learn and implement. The system is also not robust and the downtime is very high. I also felt that the process to import the model data pertaining to employee records to be quite laborious...It would have been better to manually import each file.
