HP Service Manager is built with the amazing features and designs that made the administrators’ life easier. The automated tool feature helps to improve the response time. It also helps you to find out the previous info on older tickets, so that you don’t need to think much of the previous data.

Finding a nook in this perfectly designed software is definitely a challenging job. But none of the software is perfect. Although I would say there is nothing to point out in this software. But sometimes it feels that it should be supported with the SMS notifications after the depreciation of SCauto.

Apart from the issue of SMS notification, the software is perfect. The best for small-sized and mid-sized firms with the friendly user-interface and also very easy to understand. If compared by the features, you get lots of things in just few amount. Should try it once. I would recommend this software.
