Hotelogix

Hotelogix was my first such software to try out and I haven’t stopped using it ever since – web-based, flexible and seamless, the tool automates completely every single thing about the reservation process! Amazing reporting modules, payment processing, single and group reservations and much more- it is thoroughly great tool. As you will also have a training through Skype, there is no chance you will get in trouble with using the tool!

The main issue with Hotelogix was the rather extensive learning curve – the system has so many features that even with training it was a bit hard at first to get a hang of it. The only other problem I have encountered has been the extensive time the team has needed for fixing any bugs and issues so you’d be stuck with those issues for quite some time.

The only reason I tweak down a little the overall greatness of the tool is the excessive complexity of learning it and a little too long waiting period for getting bugs fixed. Other than that, you are not likely going to need any other tool to manage your reservation system as this one can complete the job thoroughly.
