What was the best part about using Hotel Management System?

The software has been with us for many year now and I have observed every customers loves our services. Using the Hotel Management System as part of our daily routine in the business makes us one of the best. The features are simple yet amazing. Providing us better way to manage every customers who are planning to have vacation and wants to stay in our hotel. The easiness of its usage makes my staffs love it perfectly.

What would you change about your experience with Hotel Management System?

The worst part of using the software is that every time I have reported issues or anything that I need to be assisted their support team are slow in replying my concerns. I have no grudge in using the software but I hope that there customer care would be improve and be quick in responding to the customers concerns
