What was the best part about dealing with HostUtopia?

I was having 3 reseller accounts and 4 web hosting account with HostUtopia. One the most striking feature is the website builder tool that they provide with the hosting packages. The tool that they are using is really user friendly and can be used with minimum know how to operate it. There are many CDN services also with this hosting company.

What would you change about your experience with HostUtopia?

The worst part is that they don't provide chat support. If something happens to our website that no one will take care of it for at least a couple of hours. They are providing a client area through which customers can open support tickets. Even though we open ticket with them they don't resolve the issue quickly.

Overall Feedback

I will certainly recommend HostUtopia for those who are planning to hosting email services. Often the main issue with email hosting is the frequent IP blocks. However, the special SPAM protection feature prevent anonymous spam sending scripts in the server. Overall performance of the server is also fine and I do recommend this hosting for any one with good budget.
