Hoopla

Hoopla is constantly successful and pushing out new features. They've also been very responsive when we submit suggestions for improvement so we feel like they truly value feedback from their customers - and put it to use! Hoopla is user-friendly. It creates competition within the sales team which develops a successful environment. The ability to upload personal videos for the closers allows a theme for each team. After a sale is closed Hoopla creates a celebration for the team to enjoy.

Sometimes the noise would be a little too loud and go off right in the middle of my phone call you'll hear the loud roars of the crowds. "Hey Mr. Prospect I would like to tell you about... "Raaahhhhhh sounds of crowd*" Didn't go over so well during a serious convo. I guess this could be more of a problem in our office and my location in it.

The point that it allows everyone, even people not in sales to see how hard our team works. It is helping to solve the problem for us of having multiple ways of reinforcing the same knowledge and behaviors to our Sales team (we find that the more varied ways we communicate the same idea, the more likely it is to hit home with very busy Sales people).
