Pretty sure the info it did offer was correct, although there was not as much info present as I had been lead to believe

I was lead to believe they had certain contact info (they had contacts' emails and phone numbers ****'d out), but upon downloading the extension, the actual information was not present. If I had known the info wasn't there, I wouldn't have signed up. Once I signed up, felt like I was tricked - not a great user experience. Maybe it was a "need to purchase first" type of situation, but I'd rather they'd been upfront about that because the free tool did not provide desired value.

I'd rather you are upfront about what data you can actually provide than lure me into the product and not getting the results.
