Hiveage is a useful tool which follows the needs of the business on the basis of data entered. A business can add recurring things such as monthly expenses and time tracking. You just have to pay for those benefits which a business really needed. It takes very small amount of time to set up the system and it offers a free trial for a month. Customer support is always there on priority basis. It converts all the estimates into invoices on just a single click; you don’t need to enter the invoice again. It is a cloud based application and so one can use it where ever a person wants whether In office, or at coffee shop. Multiple businesses can be added in one solution. You can set a reminder for client about payment of the sales or can thank them for settlement of invoices

Main drawback of Hiveage is limited number of user’s as it supports up to ten numbers of users. It lacks the ability to verify the inventory. As it creates invoices of estimates by a single click but Estimates can be wrong or can be changed with the passage of time. Business have to pay charges on monthly basis when it is started growing as growth increases the number of users. Business have to bear that cost on monthly basis so that is extra expense to company. The resources required to implement Hiveage system are costly as they are the technical people. It lacks the ability to show the project wise reporting that is how much revenue is earned against a specific projects and how much expenses are incurred. Customization of reports is not available as one cannot get its desired reports.

Overall this is one of good software’s available in the market. This is suitable for small businesses and which don’t have the large number of transactions on daily basis. It’s a fast and a user friendly application that one can be get trained with the minimum amount of effort/training. It includes the number of tools which can show the business reports , estimates , account balances graph chart on a single click. It has user friendly interface that one would not have any issue to understand the system. Dashboard shows a different report in the form of different charts which can help to organize the system in better way.
