HiringBoss streamlines the whole jumble of processes needed to post, document, track, and approve applicants. I like how easy it is to create a job description, get approval, and immediately have it sent out via email. The program has many easy to use job templates. I especially like how reporting trees or company hierarchy can be customized and automatically updated among the templates.

HiringBoss only accepts “pricing enquiries” (translated: you need to contact them for any price estimate. Then they give you a sales pitch and collect your contact information, before giving you a price estimate). HiringBoss as a cloud based, Saas is relatively new (2011) and has a moderate 75 person staff. I think it sounds better than it really is.

HiringBoss is a great way to untangle the job creation, approval, posting, recruitment, interview, and hiring of your new applicants. This process is historically fraught with losses of data, bottlenecks at every approval level, and miscommunication.
