I like how Hiredesk can easily provide any company website an elegant way for candidate self-management. Once implemented, prospective candidates can immediately apply for a job and post their skills and qualifications on the business website. The software is great at collecting and organizing the candidate talent pool and effectively managing applicant qualifications. I especially like the ability to create multiple talent pools with their Talent Portal module.

There is no free trial offered. There is also no pricing section on their website, so you must contact them for an estimate (the same is required for a demo). Unless you or one of your staff is comfortable with implementing API’s (Application Programming Interface), you will have to pay someone or a Hiredesk tech rep to do it.
