A tool that Recruitment team could utilize to ensure that all procedures on the hiring process would be done very smoothly. This has helped us a lot in terms of working on the right candidates and as well as this is an all in one tool that could greatly help us with the entire hiring process. This has been a great help indeed for us.

If there is anything that I would like them to change, actually not change but improve, it would be the interface. I am having few issues navigating the system and the experience is actually the same with my other subordinates. If there is a webinar or an onsite training they could offer, then it would be superb.
