What was the best part about using Hippo CMMS?

The software is simple to use, it is well organized so as it’s easy to find any item on the menu. It has a very good customer support system that is available during business hours, reliable and help to sort out issues as fast as they arise.

What would you change about your experience with Hippo CMMS?

It does not offer a high level of flexibility of customization in the fields. It does not have the option of adding fields in the work order level, task and requests, just to name a few. It also requires a lot of time to setup, other than that, the system does not have major issues.

Overall Feedback

This is software is used as a maintenance system to manage a number of industry needs, from hotels, schools, hospitals and industries. This is a very interactive tool that offers a graphical view of operations using its advanced dashboard that is user friendly and lovely to look at.
