For our most popular option (100 mixed-population testers) you'll get all your results back within around 20 minutes. This depends on the time of day you're running it, but on average that's how long it'll take. For customers looking for more detailed demographics the results can take up to a day depending on how specific you want to dial it down to. One great feature of Helpfull is that our results are shown in real-time. So as soon as you submit your test to run, you can start watching comments and feedback coming in!
