The service provided by Help scout is just amazing. The product is simple and easy to use. This tool integrates some new features also. The tracking feature helped me always as it avoids me to lose any conservation of my customer. It helps our support team through native integration on phone voicemail and social mentions like Zapier. The integration updates to the dashboard with Google apps is really a great feature for me. The customer support care of Help scout is too good and responsive as they solve our problem so fast. It is simply the best software for me till now.

The thing which I really want that this software should solve is that whenever I forward the email to my employee, it shows the mail instead of being sent in a reply column. The one more problem I faced is dealing with Docs. When I move one article from one place to another, the contract management system sometimes does not work properly. It comprises of deleting and copying process also which again is a more complex task. I think exporting ticket should always available on offline reporting, where we don’t need any internet connection. The customer support care never answers my queries on time which delayed my work many times.

Help scout tool is very easy to set up as well as accessible. It has great documentation, so there are no worries for us to hire new staff. The best thing I got from this tool is that it is simple to use and effective. Its price is suitable for small business. Help scout provided us free version up to the 3 users, including mailbox, which is a really good thing. I wish I could have this tool on my Android device also.
