The installation and the implementation of this tool is really simple especially for non-tech user or beginners who are new to this tool. With their updates, I am amaze on how it is always improving to help the needs of their clients and customers. Also, this app can be assimilated for mobile phone which are really helpful

For me, I can’t appreciate some of its features like they do not have ticket numbers, case numbers, or such which can be used for tracking. It will also be awesome if the tool has the capability to delete or remove customer profile duplicates. The down-times are sometimes frustrating but I think they are working on this which is a good thing.

Overall, I can still say that this is a great tool and worth trying for. Check how it works and see its pros and cons. You can actually join their trainings which are also a big help to add your knowledge about the tool or ask their customer support or help desk if you have some queries or questions in your mind.
