Help Scout

Help Scout provides an extraordinary interface with excellent backend support for assisting with our queries. They also send out the newsletters reguarly which talks about various features, service and user data so that we can able to enrich our knowledge about the application. And they regularly update their software so that we can boast as we are using a software which is in current trend.

I do feel its imperfect to lack the customizing option which such a software so it may not be affecting for certain people but not definitely on a long run everyone looks for a personal customization. I do feel the price of the software is better with the market but its still high for a foreigners.

Due to the increase in our client base, we really understood the need for handling the customers in a better way that is far better than email. So we do opt for Help Scout which has multiple features the main thing that attracted towards it is mailbox (multiple users) and it's convenient to organise the emails.
