HelloSign

HelloSign has saved me and the company I work for a lot of time and energy! Being able to create templates that we can just add email addresses to is so simple and fast. I also like the fact that it directly integrates with our Google Apps for Education domain which makes for easy sign-in process.

While the PC/web version of Hellosign is almost flawless I feel they're behind with their mobile app's capability. I am hoping we will see improvements in this area in the future. Pricing structure is a little odd but in line with the industry (which doesn't make it right just the same). My recommendation way to buy more templates without changing plans. Just a thought.

I highly recommend giving this a try. You will see how easy it is to setup and use and the time benefits will be immediate. If you are a Google Apps user this is a must have for digital signatures! Try it. If you send out anything that needs to be signed and returned it's worth a shot. 30 days is a ton of paper saved and headaches of sending docs to be signed.
