Harvest

Harvest really helps to stay on top of your work-game. You don’t need a spreadsheet nor do you need to manually insert data – just set the hourly rate or a fee-based job and the app does the rest. It is equipped with an amazing analyzing engine so you will always know what’s going on + it tracks paid and unpaid time, so you won’t have to worry about breaks. Also, you can add an forcast add-on to manage teams – they can report to the app and it will send you a notification on it. Even better is that it’s rather penny-wise program and therefore was our go-to assistant in the company’s start-up mode!

Harvest could be used better for team management in the future. I’d say for our needs it stayed a little weak for everyday-work and in the end, lacked a little on functions and smarter gadgets. If they could step up their game, evolve and develop the platform further, who knews – it might shine even brighter!

It is undeniable how good the program actually can be for any newly launched business. Not only is it cost-effective, it has good add-ons and has big potential. Right now, I think it is a bit under-developed when it comes to team management functionality, but that doesn’t stop it from being one of the best management softwares there is!
