What was the best part about using Happy Desk?

Hands down the Automation. Not having to worry a great deal about invoicing, and collecting payments. The CRM tools are great as well, Live Floor plan, I can see at a glance what happening with all the offices, easy for my sales team to stay on top of vacant spaces, spaces with pending proposals all live without having to even touch it, all done live and automatically. Amazing!!

What would you change about your experience with Happy Desk?

Not having waited so long to sign up with them!! Wish I could have started using them from start.

Overall Feedback

If you are running a Workspace Center, coworking or other. You will not find anything that compares to the overall functions and I have given it a go with others trust me all others on not on the same level. The synergy it brings when mixing software with our infrastructure all together on one platform it is incredible. I don't need a full-time tech on site, my receptionists can have all my new sign up billed, and services configured in minutes. INCREDIBLE!! Great service, support, and price.
