Happy Desk

The only good thing about happy desk was the accessiblity when it WAS working. But unfortunately the amount of times it did not work completely outweighed the amount of times that it did.

Their system is always not working and causing major issues for my associates, my clients, and I. It seems like I have to contact customer service at least once a day for some sort of an issue. Most commonly it's when I am activating a new customer's key fob. (One of the MOST important steps!!) Without the use of these fobs, my client can't even enter our building. When there is an issue that the customer service team can't solve, they will open a 'ticket' and send it to their development team with an estimated response time of three days. They even categorize the issues as critical and non critical for a faster response time. That would be nice, except they list everything as non vital and won't even give us any sort of answer once this 'ticket' is opened. It's as if the issue has dissipated as soon as they open the ticket, because I never hear from them again regarding it. I have now gone almost two weeks of not being able to move my client in because their wizard set up isn't working in their system.

They are a horrible company and unless you want stress everyday from them, I would not consider using this company. You are better off doing everything manually on Excel. Shoot, even hand writing and hard wiring everything. This is how bad they are.
