What was the best part about using Happy Desk?

I tried few other Software before. The best part I liked about Happydesk is their CRM and Billing features. The use of Calendars is very easy and is helpful for the business. The Client portal is amazing and allows customers to pay the invoices and keep track of allowances directly through their own end.

What would you change about your experience with Happy Desk?

I don't think they have any. They keep on improvising and have recently made lot of new updates unlike the other software.

Overall Feedback

I love it for my Business and will surely recommend others. This is definitely a good portal for CRM and billing needs.
