I like their customer support system. I think the best feature of using this software is that it helps organization to identify high-potential employees. You can plot employee performance and potential using a nine-box grid that provides a simple, graphical view of high-potential employees, so you can easily identify who is best in team. It is very helpful to higher management to decide promotion of any employee or for salary compassion, it is very useful feature.

There is some work needed in "user Portal", it should be more customizable. It would be nice if more configurable options on levels of admin access. Reporting can be improved. Apart from that free trial is available, I think everyone should use it first before completely relay on it. Otherwise it easy to use tool, but some improvement needed to make it reach and complete tool.
