Gusto

I was pleasantly surprised at how much configuration you have in your account without being overwhelming. They've struck a really nice balance between versatility and robustness with good use of space and a comfortable user interface. It's very easy to use and super intuitive to understand quickly and use immediately. I honestly don't think it can be designed any better than this. It's absolutely outstanding how easy Gusto makes these components of your business. And that's saying something because the complexity involved in doing this for many generations was gigantically more complex and time consuming. To say Gusto is awesome is quite an understatement. I'm interested in the Payroll services in particular as I've researched a few of them recently and find the functionality to be excellent. In fact, other services do the tax processing according to your legal guidelines geographically which are amazing. But Gusto also reports new hires to the government accordingly which is outstanding. As well as your Workers Comp so it's very comprehensive. The combination of specialization available using Gusto is truly excellent.

I dislike that Gusto isn't available in Canada or other countries. If all companies around the world were able to utilize Gusto's capabilities the collective time savings, better workflows and greater overall efficiency of global business itself would free up more time and resources than ever before.

The pricing is actually very fair as well. When you think of the time savings involved for just payroll with a company of about one hundred employees it's such as huge return on investment it's kind of mind blowing. They asking $623 per month for ninety nine employees currently which is a busy business, to say the least. That's less than half the salary of one accountant for half a day of work for example. Which is a truly ridiculous amount of value with a huge return on investment.
