What was the best part about using Gusto?

ZenPayroll sends an e-mail with a link to the pay stub whenever I get paid, which is nice to view every now and then. It was incredibly easy to set up my account with just a picture of my passport, which is much easier than having to send someone my social security card and photo ID and anything else they'd like.

What would you change about your experience with Gusto?

This is a tough one! I have not had any bad experiences with Zenpayroll - even transitioning over from a previous payroll solution was a breeze. The only recommendation I have would be more flexibility around the reminders to run payroll. Maybe offering text message reminders, or multiple email reminders at different time thresholds.. That is not at all a show stopper for sure a great product!

Overall Feedback

Unless you have cash flow issues and can't run payroll 5 days in advance, there is nothing better than Zen Payroll. It's a great company to start with if you're small. I used to work at a payroll company and Zenpayroll was a competitor and now that I'm using them, I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone!
