Guest Point is a platform made for small and midsized businesses with many handy features to manage accommodation. Guest Point has a very nice and user intuitive user interface which makes it an easy to use the tool. Guest Point is offering a free demo in order to get familiar with the platform. The main guest management dashboard is made with a calendar where attendees are shown.

Some concern is about the NMI which is the credit card system used by Guest Point. Switching between GP and NMI is not that much easy on GuestPoint. The customer support is in the head office is in Australia which may problematic for overseas customers. There are some complaints about the performance of Guest Point and of the fact that is not so much user intuitive.

Guest Point is easy to setup and learn and it helps to save time and it is able to work with many POS and PABX systems. Guest Point customer support is very good since the team is responsive and available 24/7. Guest Point has many integration possibilities including WebPoint online booking system, Facebook booking page, and very good sales channel manager tool. The accounting functionality on GuestPoint is working perfectly.
