GuestPoint

Oh my is there much to GuestPoint! Its’ tremendous feature-set, including GEM, marketing management, POS, vacation rental and so so much more, is from start to finish awesome. A big bonus to the tool for me was also having very easy converting of my previous reservation system. Overall, the tool is very easy to use and as they have a great support team behind it, it is not likely you are ever going to be left in trouble with any features.

For me the biggest downside to GuestPoint is it not having a mobile version. As I am constantly on the go, I would definitely like most of my apps to be with me at all times, especially reservation-wise. Also, I find the tool to be somewhat expensive compared to some others so it tweaks down a little of its’ overall greatness.

GuestPoint is easily one of the most impressive reservation tools I have used. Thanks to massive skill set it is no wonder it is a bit pricey – to be honest, it is actually worth it! They also provide a free demo so you can actually see it all up closely and decide for yourself if it is a worth investment – most likely you will decide it is!
