Though there are nothing much to dislike with this tool, the deficiency when it comes to information resources on how to use the tool is lacking. It’s hard to manipulate or navigate the tools without enough knowledge and trainings about the product especially for a non-tech user. If there might be a book about this product or a virtual community gatherings where queries are being asked and answered so that non-tech users will be able to learn.
