The main aspect that is very characteristic to this solutions is the simplicity – it is truly easy to understand, use and set up! Even invoicing and financial modules are not very complex, so it fits well for an entry-level user. Its’ emailing system is also well usable and finds daily use!

Biggest downside to the software to this date would be scheduling module – it’s not easy at all and honestly, simply doesn’t work! I’d rather avoid it at all costs than even try to use it even remotely. Also, it isn’t customizable in a large scale, which could possibly be something to improve in the long run.

If route scheduling is not your main tool you need, then don’t worry – the ease of using the software will make up for any troubles. Just be aware and be patient if there are any issues – definitely report to the customer service who will in most cases help you on a timely manner.
